3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Rentool — Peer-to-Peer Rentals

• Apex Technology Group provides the platform; we are not a party to rental transactions between users.
• Owners are responsible for the condition and safety of listed equipment.
• Renters are responsible for using equipment properly and returning it in the condition received.
• We are not liable for damages, injuries, or disputes arising from rental transactions.

5. FlightDose — Radiation Estimates

• Radiation data and predictions are provided for informational purposes only.
• FlightDose does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions.
• Estimates are based on models and may not reflect actual exposure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in our applications are owned by Apex Technology Group. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Technology Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
