FlightDose respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, which third parties process it on our behalf, and the choices you have over your data.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your flight or dose history with advertisers.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the FlightDose service.
When you sign in to FlightDose using Google Sign-In, the following information is provided to us by Google and stored through Firebase Authentication so we can authenticate you on subsequent launches:

FlightDose does not request access to Apple's IDFA via the App Tracking Transparency framework, and we do not link AdMob data to your FlightDose account, your flight history, or your dose records. Data collected by AdMob is governed by Google's privacy policy and ad-technology terms (linked in Section 4).

When you create or join a flight group, other members of that group may be able to view information you have chosen to share with the group, such as your display name and aggregated flight or dose statistics. You can leave a group at any time, after which no further information is shared with its remaining members.
FlightDose does not make any user data publicly searchable or visible outside the groups you have explicitly joined.
Your account and flight data are stored on secure servers operated on behalf of Apex Technology Group, Inc. Authentication is handled through Google Firebase infrastructure. All data in transit between the FlightDose app and our servers is protected with industry-standard TLS encryption.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account, flight history, and dose records for as long as your account remains active. If your account becomes inactive for an extended period, we may delete inactive data after providing reasonable notice to your registered email address. You may request deletion at any time, as described in Section 8.

FlightDose does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Apex Technology Group, Inc. is the data controller for personal data processed through FlightDose. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
FlightDose is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
